We offer free standard delivery on all UK mainland orders of £79.00 and over. For orders under £79.00, a flat rate delivery charge applies.

How Quickly Will My Order Arrive?
We aim to dispatch most orders within one working day of receiving them. Once your order has left us and is with the postal service, delivery timescales are outside of our control. During busy periods, there may be slight delays, but we'll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Where Do You Deliver?
We deliver to UK addresses only through our website. Please note that we do not currently ship to the USA due to tariff complications.
For international shipping enquiries, please call us directly on 01395 446066 and we'll do our best to help.

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland Addresses
Orders to addresses outside of UK mainland — including the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland — may be subject to higher delivery charges. If this applies to your order, we'll always contact you before dispatching to let you know the additional cost. If you'd prefer not to pay the extra charge, we're happy to offer a full refund instead.
