Delivery charges

Standard UK mainland delivery costs £4.50 for orders below £79 and is free for orders of £79 or more. Available services and charges are shown at checkout.

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, non-mainland destinations and unusually large or heavy parcels may have different charges. Charges, or the basis for calculating them where they cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, must be explained before you commit to an order. We will not take an additional payment without your express agreement. If an additional charge cannot be agreed before dispatch, you may cancel for a full refund.

Dispatch and destinations

We aim to dispatch most orders within one working day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Our online checkout currently serves UK addresses. We do not ship to the USA; please contact us about other international enquiries before ordering.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you with options, including a refund. We will not substitute an item without your agreement.

Delivery deadlines and delays

We will deliver within 30 days of the contract being made unless a different period has been agreed. If a delivery date is essential, tell us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can meet it.

If we miss an agreed deadline, you can ask us to deliver within an appropriate additional period. If we fail to do so, you may end the contract and receive a refund. You may be entitled to end the contract immediately if we refuse to deliver, or delivery by the agreed date was essential in the circumstances or you told us this before the contract was made. These rights do not limit other remedies under consumer law.

Lost or damaged deliveries

Goods sent with our chosen carrier remain our responsibility until you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, physically receives them. Contact us if your parcel is lost, damaged or delayed; you do not have to pursue our carrier yourself. Different statutory risk rules may apply if you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.
