We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's what you need to know.
Question 01
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Question 02
What condition does the item need to be in?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Question 03
How do I return an item?
You can return items in one of two ways:
- By post – you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable
- In person – you're welcome to bring your item into our shop at 7 Fore Street, Budleigh Salterton

Question 04
What happens once you receive my return?
Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and let you know the outcome. If your return is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for this to appear, depending on your card issuer.
