📦 Delivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. Standard Royal Mail delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. If you need something urgently, please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders over £79. For orders under £79, a small postage charge applies — this is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I send my order directly to the recipient?
Absolutely — this is one of our most popular options! Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. Your order will be packed with care, and we won't include any pricing information or invoices inside the parcel.
Will there be a price or invoice in the parcel?
No — we never include pricing or invoices inside parcels, so they're always safe to send as gifts. Your receipt is sent by email only.
How do I know if an item will arrive in time for a special occasion?
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. For birthdays, anniversaries, or other important dates, we recommend ordering a few days ahead to be safe. If you're cutting it close, contact us and we'll advise on the best option.
🎁 Gift Wrap, Cards & Notes
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer beautiful gift wrapping — because presentation is part of the gift. You can add gift wrapping from our Cards & Gift Wrap section when shopping. If you'd like something specific, just ask us.
Can I include a gift note with my order?
Yes — there is a gift message field during checkout. We'll handwrite your message on a note and include it with the order. Just type what you'd like to say and we'll take care of the rest.
Can I add a greetings card to my order?
Yes! Browse our Cards & Gift Wrap collection and add a card to your basket alongside your gift. We stock a lovely range of cards for every occasion.
I'm not sure what to buy — can you help?
Gift advice is genuinely one of our favourite things to do! Tell us who the gift is for, the occasion, your budget, and any delivery deadline — and we'll point you in the right direction. You can reach us via the contact page or by calling 01395 446066.
🔄 Returns & Problems
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love what you receive. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that personalised or perishable items cannot be returned unless faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if this happens — please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
What if an item I want is out of stock?
Many of our products are from small independent makers, so stock can be limited. If something you want is out of stock, let us know — we may be able to reorder it or suggest something similar.

Can I get gifts wrapped in store?
Yes — come in and our team will happily wrap your purchases beautifully in store. It's one of our favourite things to do!
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! Gift vouchers are available in store and make a wonderful present when you're not sure exactly what someone would like. Ask a member of our team in store or contact us for more information.

Many of our products are made by independent UK makers and small businesses. We also stock a carefully chosen selection of items from Europe and beyond — Our focus is always on quality, originality, and thoughtful design.
