We know gifts are often time-sensitive, so delivery information should be clear before you pay. Available delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before your order is confirmed.
Delivery

- If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can advise on the safest option.
- Some larger, fragile, personalised or special-order items may have different dispatch or delivery requirements.
- If your order contains multiple items, we will prepare it as carefully and efficiently as possible.
Sending a gift direct
You can send an order straight to the recipient by entering their address at checkout. Before launch, this page should be updated with the final gift note and gift wrap options offered by the shop.
Returns
If you change your mind, contact us promptly with your order number and the item details. Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and packaged carefully for the journey back.
Some items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns, including personalised, perishable, hygiene-sensitive or made-to-order products. Any exceptions should be shown clearly on the relevant product page.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help put it right.
Before launch
Final delivery prices, delivery timeframes, local pickup details, seasonal order-by dates and returns windows should be checked against the live Shopify shipping and policy settings before the password is removed.
