How The Points System Works

How to use points

  1. Set up an account with The Rowan Tree website in order to be able to collect/redeem points. Click here if you don't have an account yet.
  2. Delivery charges are not included in the points discount, the discount is only redeemable against product purchases.
  3. Points cannot be used in conjunction with coupons or any other discounts and vice versa.
  4. You're able to choose how many points can be used against a purchase, with a minimum spend of 10 points, per purchase, if available.
  5. Reviews for items can only be left once the product has been purchased. Points for leaving reviews will only be redeemable once the review has been approved.
